  • No, The Clean Edit provides all cleaning supplies neccesary for your service. We provide quality cleaning products and invest in the best supplies so we can properly care for your space.

    If you have a preference on cleaning prodcuts or any alergies, we are happy to discuss the use of your own at home products.

  • To ensure scheduling availability and fairness to all clients, the following policy applies to all booked cleaning appointments.

    Notice Required
    - Cancellation 48+ hour notice: No fee. Appointment may be rescheduled based on availability.
    - Cancellation 24-48 hour notice or less: 25% of the scheduled service total may be charged.
    - Less than 24 hours notice / same-day cancellation: 50% of the scheduled service total may be charged.
    - Cancellation upon arrival: 100% of the scheduled service total may be charged.

    Rescheduling
    We understand plans change. One complimentary reschedule may be offered with at least 48 hours notice. Additional short-notice changes may be subject to a fee.

    Access to Property
    Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the home or business at the scheduled time. If entry cannot be gained, there will be a $100 lock out fee.

    Recurring Clients
    Recurring appointments hold reserved time on our calendar. Repeated cancellations or frequent rescheduling may result in removal from the recurring schedule.

    Emergencies
    We understand emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion for illness, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies.
